I’m Trent Laugerman, a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Behavioral Change Specialist (BCS), I provide a well-rounded approach to personal training, ensuring you not only reach your fitness goals but do so safely and efficiently. I’m also an Action CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), giving me the expertise to design customized fitness programs that cater to all levels.

My full Hyperice Recovery station is a key part of my offerings, helping you stay at your best by reducing soreness, inflammation, and pain.
